Terms & Conditions

    1. Substitution of delegates are welcome provided the total fee has been paid.

    2. Registrations are limited to three per company. If you would like additional allocation please contact the conference organisers for consideration. If you register more without prior arrangement we will automatically refund the additional registrations. This will incur a £25 administration charge.

    3. Cancellations must be received via email to registration@picgconference.com. We will accept a substitution but do not refund after a booking is confirmed.

    4. Full payment must be received prior to the conference date. A receipt will be issued via Ticketsource. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. The charge is completely non-refundable.

    5. Copyright – PICG Conference has copyright of all materials distributed at this event and any unauthorised duplication is prohibited. Delegates of the PICG Conference agree to allow PICG and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials. For questions or concerns, email info@picgconference.com

    6. Data Protection – Delegate confirms that he/she has given consent to PICG Conference retaining client information on database. PICG Conference does not pass this information onto any third party.

    7. The PICG Conference Organising Committee reserve the right to change the agenda

    8. The venue and PICG Conference does not accept any liability for personal possession while on site

      Ticket prices for the 2026 conference will be as follows:

      Insurance professionals £150

      Insurance vendors £350

      Vendors will be limited to a maximum of 3 tickets for the organisation.

      Insurance practitioners (insurers, managing agents, brokers etc) are not limited to 3 tickets per organisation.

      Please note the registration and ticket process as follows:

      You will not receive an email confirming registration.

      Registration does not guarantee a ticket.

      Once registration is closed ticket allocation will be at the discretion of the PICG.

      Those who are allocated a ticket will receive email confirmation together with details of how to purchase the allocated ticket(s).
